Remember last nights dinner? Use it to make a lunch wrap today or tomorrow.
Use your favorite wrapper. I used a rice wrap (for gluten free)
Add;
hummus or mayonnaise
lettuce and tomato or fresh veggies of your choice (thin cut cabbage is always good)
Last nights chicken stir fry
and wrap it up
My daughter Mira and I ate in the park with Watermelon as a side.
